Raja Anantharaman
brings to APS 22 years of experience in all facets of business and technology. Before founding APS in 2003, as a senior process consultant he assisted a Fortune 500 company in improving their process maturity and compliance. His core expertise includes integrating model-based process improvements with compliance initiatives, as well as implementing model-based process improvements for nontraditional lifecycles and Small programs/organizations.
Raja is a lead appraiser of Standard CMMI® Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPISM) , certified instructor of CMMI®, PMP Certified
Project Manager, Lead Auditor of ISO 9001, and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a recognized trainer and leader in organizational change management.
Raja heads the Process Appraisal, Training, and ITIL® divisions for APS and supports the Process Consulting, Six Sigma, and PMO/Earned Value Management divisions.
Bill Williams
brings to APS 20 years of experience in all facets of software development and business process reengineering. Much of his experience has been within technology divisions of a major investment firm. Bill performs gap analyses, develops and documents quality improvement processes at both project and organizational levels, trains project teams in process quality, and performs process quality appraisals, both formal and benchmark.
Bill's core expertise includes improving project success rates through establishment of program management offices. He has extensive experience in all project phases: project portfolio management, budget development, project planning and replanning, requirements development and management, project tracking, Earned Value Management, etc.

the PMO/Earned Value Management division and supports
the Process Consulting and Appraisal Division.
Kannan Paramasivam is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 12 years of experience in business process re-engineering, ISO 9000, and model-based process improvement. He has headed process improvement effort in large IT organizations. He was responsible for developing and implementing strategic quality improvement programs, which supported the organization’s goals.
Kannan is a respected mentor of project teams and has helped many projects improve their capability and mitigate risks to ensure project success. He has delivered various role-based training to technology practitioners, process champions, project managers and other management professionals.
Kannan heads the Process Consulting division of APS, using CMMI®, ISO 9001 and Six Sigma. He supports the ITIL® and Appraisal division. |
